The Full Management Package is designed to remove every burden from your shoulders. It covers everything from finding the right tenant to accompanied viewings, checking references and credit, drawing up contracts and checking in. We also collect all rent and handle the tenancy security deposit in accordance with the new government regulations. Full contact support is available so that any issue raised by the tenant is immediately and effectively dealt with.

The Tenant Finding Package allows landlords flexibility to manage their properties whilst having none of the strain of finding an occupant. It covers finding the right tenant, accompanied viewings, checking references and credit, drawing up contracts and checking in. We also collect the first month's rent and security deposit.
