It's very important that you should make a full inventory of all the contents of your property, and their condition. This inventory should be checked and updated regularly. Citypadz is able to assist landlords with this responsibility.

Keys

You'll need a set for each tenant, one for yourself and one for Citypadz if you'd like the Full Management package.
