The Full Management Package
is designed to remove every burden from your shoulders. It covers everything from finding the right tenant to accompanied viewings, checking references and credit, drawing up contracts and checking in.
We also collect all rent and handle any problems that may arise during the course of the tenancy, including handling the security deposit ensuring it is placed in a government accredited scheme. Our online live chat and out-of-hours emergency line ensures that we are on hand all the time to provide assistant to tenants and landlords in need.
The Tenant Finding Package
allows landlords flexibility to manage their properties while having none of the strain of finding an occupant. It covers finding the right tenant, accompanied viewings, checking references and credit, drawing up contracts and checking in. We will also collect the first month’s rent and place the security deposit in a government accredited scheme.
We can offer all landlords support with furnishing their property supplying white goods and individual items or a full furniture package. We will manage ordering, delivery and installation.
